Memorailizing Murtha; A Turnpike Rest Station a Better Idea

It is a disgrace to name the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard after the late Rep. John Murtha, who smeared the Marines in Haditha, Iraq, with the unsubstantiated accusation that they “killed innocent civilians in cold blood” in 2006.
Couldn’t they just name a post office or turnpike rest station after him?
